If you have had a previous hair replacement procedure that did not turn out as you hoped, a corrective hair transplant at PNW Hair Restoration may be able to bring you the results you desire.
Perhaps you had surgery years ago when procedures were more primitive. Or maybe your procedure was performed at a discount clinic or overseas that did not allow for the care and follow-up you needed. Whatever may have happened, you do not have to live with disappointing results.
Recent years have seen tremendous advances in the science of hair replacement. Surgical techniques are more precise than ever, some with assistance from artificial intelligence and robotics. With today’s corrective hair transplants, you can achieve the natural-looking hairline you wanted all along.

What is a Corrective Hair Transplant?
A corrective hair transplant is performed to revise a previous surgery that produced dissatisfying results. Corrective procedures can address the imperfections of a previous transplant by fixing uneven hairlines, boosting inadequate density in recipient areas, reducing visible scarring, and augmenting unnatural looking “plugs.”
What Happens in a Corrective Hair Transplant?
In a follicular unit transplantation (FUT), also referred to as Linear Strip Excision (LSE), a small strip of hair follicles is removed from a donor area, which is typically the back and sides of your scalp. Those small strips of follicles are then spit into grafts of 1-3 hair follicles that are then grafted to the area experiencing hair loss. FUT surgeries are performed manually with a local anesthetic. These procedures are typically done in a single session that takes between four to eight hours.
Am I a Good Candidate for a Corrective Hair Transplant?
Every corrective case is unique but – in general – an individual is a good candidate if they have adequate donor hair, their hair loss is not progressing rapidly, and they are healthy enough to undergo a procedure.
