Karina Evans – Practice Manager
Karina serves as Practice Manager and Lead Hair Transplant Technician, bringing over 24 years of experience in the cosmetic surgery and hair restoration field. She has extensive experience in both FUE and FUT procedures, with a strong focus on graft handling, placement, and supporting a smooth, efficient surgical process.
In her role, Karina oversees the day-to-day operations of the clinic, working closely with the surgical team to ensure each patient receives consistent, high-quality care. Her leadership style is hands-on and supportive, and she takes pride in creating a well-organized, efficient environment.
Karina is dedicated to making sure patients feel at ease, understood, and supported at every stage of their hair restoration process. Fluent in English and Spanish, she is committed to creating a welcoming experience for every patient from their first visit through recovery.
Outside of work, Karina enjoys family time, exploring the Pacific Northwest, and baking sourdough.

Meet Natty, a highly experienced medical assistant from Puerto Rico with over seven years in the field of hair restoration. Having worked across three different clinics with varying dynamics and objectives, she brings a well-rounded perspective and a deep understanding of clinical operations. She considers her role at PNW Hair Restoration to be the most fulfilling of her career.
Natty is known for her attention to detail, adaptability, and commitment to efficiency. She consistently identifies opportunities to improve workflows, enhance logistics, and support the overall performance of the clinic.
Her role is multifaceted, encompassing social media management, graphic design, assisting with PRP procedures including blood draws, and providing comprehensive patient support. She also plays a key role in fostering team cohesion and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Additionally, she coordinates meals for surgery patients and contributes to a positive team environment through her passion for cooking.
Sierra Livengood – Certified Medical Assistant & Hair Technician
Sierra has over eight years of experience as a medical assistant, including six years in the aesthetics industry. As a hair restoration technician, she brings a strong clinical background and a detail-oriented approach to every procedure. She specializes in preparing PRP injections and plays a key role in assisting with both PRP and hair transplant procedures. Her expertise also includes meticulous preparation and maintenance of grafts for implantation, ensuring optimal viability and results. Committed to both clinical excellence and patient experience, she ensures each patient feels comfortable, informed, and excited about their transformation journey.
Outside of work, Sierra enjoys spending time with her family and two dogs, as well as traveling and photography.
