STATE-OF-THE-ART TECHNOLOGY

One of the advantages the ARTAS® provides the doctor with is superior visual technology. The ARTAS® iX System offers an advanced multi-camera stereoscopic vision system with 44-micron resolution. Because that is paired with a seven-axis robot arm, the doctor can harvest hair follicles with exact precision.

The ARTAS® iX Robotic Hair Transplant System’s software also analyzes each hair follicle for potential transplanting, which allows the doctor to choose the ideal graft from the donor area without creating the appearance of a linear scar. The ARTAS® iX can also identify the perfect location in the recipient site for each hair follicle to create ideal results that look perfectly natural when the transplanted follicles grow. This precision also protects the client’s existing terminal hair and, by protecting the patient’s existing terminal hair, the ARTAS® iX helps to ensure a natural appearance in both the donor site and the implantation area.
